In this role, you will architect, implement, and enhance AI agent frameworks that drive business transformation and operational excellence at Cherry Bekaert. This role plays a critical part in navigating organizational change by addressing complex business challenges through intelligent automation, agent orchestration, and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders across the firm to comprehend operational and business structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and AI-driven transformation initiatives. Design and implement AI agent solutions that align with the firm's strategic goals, including intelligent automation and decision-support systems. Oversee AI agent projects from inception to completion, ensuring punctual delivery and high-quality outcomes. Develop and implement strategies to foster the adoption of AI technologies across the business. Engineer and manage context for agents to ensure they retrieve the right information when needed using various techniques such as Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Hybrid Approaches. Drive ongoing innovation in AI agent frameworks to enhance speed, productivity, and efficiency within the organization. Establish and communicate metrics or KPIs to track the progress of AI initiatives and demonstrate their impact on business outcomes. Enhance system capabilities through AI agents to improve associate productivity and customer experience. Stay informed on industry advancements in AI, machine learning, and agent-based technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in AI architecture, agent-based systems, or intelligent automation. Understanding of AI technologies and frameworks and their application in business contexts. Strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple AI projects at once. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Analytical thinker capable of solving complex problems and making data-driven decisions. Knowledge of data quality and systems integration. Experience with group facilitation and change management techniques.
