About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company within the packaging industry who are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Outbound Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with new people, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities. If you are confident on the phone and motivated by targets and results, this role offers excellent potential to develop your career in sales. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients within the packaging sector
Introduce and promote the companys products and services
Generate new leads and
book appointments for the sales team
Qualify potential clients and update information within the CRM system
Work towards and exceed
daily and weekly sales targets
Represent the business in a professional and positive manner at all times
What Were Looking For
Excellent communication skills with a
confident and friendly phone manner
Previous
sales, telesales, or customer service experience
is beneficial but not essential
A
self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Resilience and a positive approach to challenges and rejection
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
