Job Description Summary Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process. You will have the opportunity to impact departmental operations significantly while focusing on the execution of activities guided by standard practices and procedures. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities You will take ownership of both quality assurance and quality control, ensuring the quality of products, services, and manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring manufacturing compliance, managing incoming goods, conducting product inspections, and identifying critical witness points.
Develop and deepen your technical expertise to effectively implement policies and strategies in quality assurance.
Gain an in-depth understanding of key business drivers to effectively contribute to your team's performance and its integration with other departments.
Exercise your judgment to propose innovative solutions while working within set parameters, supported by your previous experience and ongoing training.
As an individual contributor with established interpersonal skills, you may provide informal guidance to new team members and foster their development.
Utilize zero defect tools to enhance problem-solving efficiency and drive improvements.
Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED coupled with at least 4 years of quality experience) PLUS a minimum of 3 years of applicable quality experience.
Desired Characteristics Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze and resolve quality-related problems.
Strong organizational skills to document, plan, market, and execute quality programs.
Established project management skills to successfully lead initiatives.
