Conduct advanced engineering tasks such as performance tuning, monitoring, deployment, and production support.
Research and streamline vendor dependencies to simplify our architecture effectively.
Establish and update CI/CD pipelines within a cloud-based environment.
Contribute to the development of company policies regarding development methodology, security, and compliance, collaborating effectively with other teams.
Engage with business partners and architects to identify and prioritize the technical and functional needs of various systems.
Work with enterprise-wide distributed teams to deliver innovative capabilities in our business applications.
Oversee API design, development, deployment, and versioning strategies for Omni-channel clients.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
At least 12 years of software development experience.
At least 10 years of experience in Java, .NET, and Python.
A minimum of 6 years of experience with databases and data modeling/design (SQL & NoSQL).
Additional Qualifications Preferably 4+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks and tooling.
Preferably 4+ years in big data and event streaming technologies.
Preferably 8+ years managing software development projects.
Preferably 4+ years leading software engineering teams.
Preferably 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies; Azure experience is a significant plus.
Preferably 2+ years in container and orchestration technologies.
Preferably 2+ years with build and CI/CD technologies.
Preferably 2+ years of experience with scaled agile methodologies.
Preferably 4+ years working with quality assurance technologies.
Preferably 4+ years of experience in Unix Shell scripting.
Certification in .Net, Java, Spring, or cloud technologies is a plus.
Experience in data management methodologies and serverless architectures.
Preferably 2+ years in UI/UX development & design.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation : Starting base salary between $141,830 - $263,408 per year, depending on skills and experience. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
