Senior Fullstack Engineer
who will primarily focus on frontend development, helping to advance Base as a leader in the onchain engineering sector. You’ll work across numerous system components to empower the next generation of onchain products. What You'll Do: Create and uphold high-quality frontend web applications.
Contribute to open-source projects by managing community contributions effectively and fostering user feedback.
Assist teams at Coinbase in developing cutting-edge onchain products by applying best practices and modern dapp development techniques.
Develop essential components of the OP Stack to enhance Base and other Layer 2 networks' decentralization.
What We Look For: Minimum of 5 years in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on web application development and user-facing features using JavaScript and frameworks like React and NextJS.
Experience developing and launching user-facing features that integrate onchain components.
Deep understanding of frontend architecture trends and best practices in dapp development, with a strong focus on security, performance, and user experience.
Proficient in product and design lifecycles, collaborating effectively with designers, engineers, and project managers.
Ability to write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Golang, Geth, Foundry, and Solidity.
Experience contributing to open-source crypto projects, including OP Stack or Base.
Background in growth experiments or A/B testing methodologies.
Experience developing responsive web or mobile applications.
Understanding of crypto technologies, such as Ethereum addresses, ENS, and blockchain services.

The target annual salary for this role ranges from $186,065 to $218,900 USD. Full-time offers from Coinbase include bonus eligibility, equity options, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
