Position Overview
The Order Fulfillment Specialist partners closely with the Enrollment and Caregiver Engagement teams to prepare and ship tablet hardware for family caregivers enrolled in Ceresti's digital health programs. This role is responsible for tablet configuration, quality checks, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and process adherence.
This position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working within defined workflows, and the ability to adapt as volume and processes evolve.

About You

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Samsung tablets for shipment to family caregivers following defined procedures
Installs, configures, and validates software on tablets and SD cards prior to shipment.
Loads approved applications, updates, and configurations onto tablets according to standardized fulfillment procedures.
Ensures SD cards are properly prepared, labeled, and inserted to support device functionality.
Verifies successful software installation through required quality checks before devices are released for shipment.
Troubleshoots basic device, software, or SD card issues and escalates unresolved issues as needed.
Documents device setup and configuration status accurately within fulfillment and tracking systems.
Install required software and configure devices for program use
Perform quality checks to ensure tablets are fully functional prior to shipment
Prepare and ship devices via USPS and FedEx
Receive, inspect, and process returned tablets
Maintain accurate inventory of devices and supplies
Order and manage auxiliary supplies as needed
Maintains data integrity and device security during software installation and device preparation
Document process updates and suggest improvements when appropriate
Partner with Enrollment and Caregiver Engagement teams to support timely fulfillment
Required Qualifications
Intermediate Mac experience, including use of keyboard shortcuts
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience setting up tablets, mobile devices, or similar hardware preferred.
Comfortable installing software, managing files, and following device configuration workflows.
Hands-on experience preparing and configuring hardware, including tablets and removable media (SD cards).
Comfortable following detailed technical setup instructions and quality assurance checklists.
Strong attention to detail when performing repetitive technical setup tasks.
Ability to work independently and follow established workflows
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across teams
