About Us Caprice Holdings is home to some of the most iconic restaurants in London, renowned for delivering exceptional dining experiences. With a portfolio of world-class venues, we take pride in our heritage, service, and hospitality excellence.
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Group Sales Manager to drive sales across multiple Caprice sites, ensuring commercial success while delivering an unparalleled guest experience. This is a standalone role, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue across all Caprice Holdings sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients, identifying opportunities for group bookings, events, and partnerships. Work closely with General Managers and the Commercial Director to maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Manage inbound sales inquiries and proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach. Oversee the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and event execution. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional campaigns. Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Commercial Director. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to ensure Caprice Holdings remains a leader in luxury hospitality.
What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a sales management role within hospitality, luxury, or events. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value bookings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a standalone role, while collaborating effectively with wider teams. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
