Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to contribute to business-sponsored IT projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Aura, along with experience implementing Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions. This role requires strong collaboration within project teams and the ability to ensure complete traceability of business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute project deliverables and activities as part of a team assigned to a business-sponsored IT project.
Contribute as a key team member to ensure overall project success.
Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Design and develop Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to implement effective solutions.
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, and Aura.
Implement and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.
Develop solutions using Agent force and support related implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Expertise in one or more business systems related to the Healthcare or Payer industry.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
Strong development experience with:
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex
Triggers
Aura components
Experience developing solutions using Agentforce.
Agentforce Specialist certification.
