Desktop Support Specialist Location:

6+ Month Contract
Role Summary: Provide technical support to internal users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, network systems, hardware, software, and operating systems.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and network-related issues. Support installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of hardware, software, and Windows operating systems. Track and manage support requests through resolution. Assist with IT projects and system deployments. Provide basic user training on computer systems and applications. Required Skills / Qualifications:
2-3 years of Desktop/IT Support experience. Strong knowledge of
Windows OS, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices . Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and system configuration. CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification , Associate's degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
