Role Overview We are on the lookout for a Business Intelligence Solutions Manager who will play a vital role in enhancing our Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics. This position is essential for delivering Business Intelligence support to our internal solutions teams, especially those focused on serving independent retail customers. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal solutions teams to develop innovative tools that optimize workflow and enrich customer experiences. Lead initiatives aimed at designing, developing, and implementing solutions and performance metrics to provide essential insights and decision-making support to our leadership team. Address a variety of ad-hoc requests as needed to support ongoing projects. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures along with comprehensive documentation. Continuously monitor data accuracy and quality. Mentor and support the professional development of junior analysts by providing guidance and skill-building opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred. Project management experience is a plus. Skilled in gathering requirements from stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks. Able to learn quickly and tackle unfamiliar technical challenges using available resources. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, research-driven approach. Ability to identify opportunities for improving processes and tools while effectively communicating insights to stakeholders. Preferred experience in querying, manipulating, and aggregating data from business systems for meaningful reporting. Familiarity with data query and visualization tools such as SSMS/SSRS, Tableau, Business Objects, and Alteryx. Understanding of relational databases, with MS-SQL knowledge being advantageous. Experience in pharmacy, PBM, medical, or other healthcare environments is a plus. Experience building applications with QuickBase or similar tools is an added benefit. $80,900 - $103,950 Bonus:
