Effectively communicate intricate features and systems to all stakeholders.
Keep up with industry trends and company developments to drive technology advancement.
Work closely with leadership to boost team and organizational performance.
Identify new opportunities and advocate for resource allocation among key stakeholders.
Lead the technical direction and roadmap for significant initiatives across the company.
Gather and analyze requirements to develop a cohesive feature roadmap.
Tackle performance and scalability issues while reducing technical debt across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 12+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 8+ years with a PhD. Established experience in planning a multi-year roadmap aligning short-term projects with long-term goals. Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional engineering initiatives. Expertise in using data-driven analysis to address technical challenges and recommend improvements. Strong communicator, proficient in collaboration across different functions. Experience mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders across organizations. Preferred Qualifications: Masters or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Knowledge of NLP techniques, including text preprocessing and sentiment analysis. Understanding of information retrieval concepts like indexing and ranking. Demonstrated experience with data structures and algorithms, especially in graph theory and optimization methods. Public Compensation: $219,000/year to $301,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Industry:
