About us
Join the AI Competence Center (AICC) and help shape how artificial intelligence empowers employees across the organization. As an intern, you will work with a dynamic team exploring and implementing AI tools that enhance productivity, creativity, and collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to experiment with cutting-edge technologies, support research initiatives, and contribute to enabling colleagues to use AI effectively in their daily work.

What You’ll Do
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - as an intern (m/f/d) you will benefit in any case from an attractive remuneration and flexible working hours.

You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

  • Explore and test emerging AI tools and technologies that can support employees in their work
  • Assist with research on new AI capabilities, trends, and best practices
  • Support the evaluation and documentation of AI tools for internal use
  • Contribute to enablement activities such as creating guides, demos, and learning materials
  • Collaborate with team members to prototype ideas and experiment with AI use cases
Help gather feedback from employees to improve AI solutions and adoption

What We’re Looking For
You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and are currently pursuing a Master's degree.

In addition, you ideally have knowledge or skills concerning:

  • Interest in artificial intelligence, digital tools, and future technologies
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and ideas
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and document findings
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving environment
