My client is a well-established Irish engineering services firm that supports multinational organisations with high-spec infrastructure and technical project delivery. Operating across several high-growth regions, they are a key partner for global leaders in high-tech manufacturing, life sciences, and mission-critical energy sectors.


The Role

Based in Dublin, this is a high-visibility role where you will partner directly with senior leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that align with international project demands. You will take full ownership of the talent lifecycle for specialised technical, engineering, and operational management roles.


Key Impact Areas

Strategic Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert for hiring managers, providing market intelligence to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes worldwide.


Pipeline Development: Build and maintain elite talent pools for complex technical environments, ensuring staffing levels meet strict uptime and security standards.


Operational Excellence: Lead large-scale recruitment projects, manage external partnerships, and oversee the full suite of recruitment metrics and ATS reporting.


Global Scaling: Manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple regions, from direct sourcing and referrals to final onboarding.


What You Bring

  • Min 5 years of senior recruitment experience within heavy engineering, M&E, or large-scale technical construction environments.
  • International Exposure: Proven success managing recruitment activity across multiple global regions.
  • Stakeholder Influence: The ability to guide senior-level decision-makers through expert sourcing knowledge and clear data insights.
  • Technical Fluency: Experience identifying niche talent within complex infrastructure and high-security facilities.

Salary: up to €65,000 per annum (DOE)
