We serve high‑quality specialty coffee alongside a delicious selection of freshly made food, from sandwiches and salads to homemade pastries and light bites. Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of 115 Café. As the Café Manager, you'll lead a team ensuring smooth and efficient café operations, and delivering both exceptional coffee and a diverse food offering. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, quality control, and operational efficiency, all while fostering a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations and maintain high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the café team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure quality control of coffee, food, and presentation consistently.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment operations.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism.
- Implement effective processes for order management and cash handling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
- Encourage a positive culture and teamwork.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting, including both food and beverage services.
- Demonstrated leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships.
- Proficient in specialty coffee, brewing techniques, and food preparation; ability to train staff on both aspects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
