We serve high‑quality specialty coffee alongside a delicious selection of freshly made food, from sandwiches and salads to homemade pastries and light bites. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of 115 Café. As the Café Manager, you'll lead a team ensuring smooth and efficient café operations, and delivering both exceptional coffee and a diverse food offering. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, quality control, and operational efficiency, all while fostering a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management role in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting, including both food and beverage services.

• Proficient in specialty coffee, brewing techniques, and food preparation; ability to train staff on both aspects.
