In this dynamic role, you’ll ensure our production lines run smoothly and meet the highest quality standards. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver safe and efficient production performance.
• Ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
• Maintain cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, including automated equipment like robots and complex tooling.
• Contribute to exciting equipment and automation projects.
• Promote and uphold safe working practices.

We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a team environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• An indentured apprenticeship to BTEC certificate Level 3 standard (or equivalent) in mechanical/electrical maintenance or engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or automated environment.
• The right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship (this role is not eligible for sponsorship).
