Our Kansas City, Missouri facility is seeking a reliable and efficient Material Handler to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of materials throughout the facility, ensuring that inventory is properly stored, tracked, and available when needed. This position is crucial for maintaining the operational flow of our logistics and production processes. You will operate various equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to transport materials. Safety is paramount in our operations; therefore, strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role involves significant lifting and the physical exertion required to move materials, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, moving raw materials and finished goods, stocking inventory in designated areas, conducting regular inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Experience with material handling equipment and warehouse operations is highly desirable.
