Are you an accurate and efficient Order Picker seeking a new challenge in Colorado Springs, Colorado? We need a motivated individual to accurately pick products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This position is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will be responsible for locating items, ensuring accuracy, and preparing them for the next stage of the shipping process. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Safety is paramount in our operations, and we expect all team members to be vigilant and follow all established protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment lists or scanner data.
- Verify product information (SKU, quantity) to ensure order accuracy.
- Safely operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed to retrieve items.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed to support logistics operations.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists or scanner instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and wearing necessary PPE.
