The Senior System Analyst for E-Mobility Tech, Design Services & Tools will support with ongoing operations of Con Edison programs, services, and IT tools to ensure programmatic success and efficiencies. Support identification, prioritization, and fulfillment of the E-Mobility teams ongoing business needs related to the program portals, services, and tools, and other Company systems that are used to implement the programs and services. Support with gathering requirements and acceptance criteria for enhancements. Assist with managing and maintaining the product backlog. Support troubleshooting, improvements, testing and implementation of new functionality for program portal and tool integrations with other systems. As needed, train and support internal E-Mobility Team users, including business development and program management teams, on best practices and usage of program and services platforms and tools. Assist with data collection, manipulation, and analysis needed for reporting and visualizations. Work effectively and help lead cross-functional teams responsible for new department initiatives that may arise from time to time. Provide problem solving and strategic support related to platforms and tools for the department. Perform other related tasks and assignments as required. Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations. Qualifications Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines and 3 years utility or other business work experience managing IT projects Managing IT projects Experience with Salesforce is a Master's Degree Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines and 2 years utility or other business work experience managing IT projects Managing IT projects Experience with Salesforce is a Relevant Work Experience
Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, required. Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues who have a diverse set of experiences and approaches in order to drive business results, required. Excellent organizational capabilities and proven successful management of detailed, complex initiatives, required. Experience managing successful implementation of IT projects, preferred. Experience with Salesforce, preferred. Experience with agile management practices, preferred. Experience with PowerBI and/or other data visualization tools, preferred. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), preferred. Strong communications, presentation, writing and analytical skills, preferred. Licenses and Certifications

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
