Scoping and initiation: drive requirements gathering, define scope boundaries Planning and collaboration: create and maintain the project plan, and enforce change control. Budget: develop and track the budget Governance and compliance: implement decision gates and escalation paths, ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements, and maintain auditable project artifacts. Stakeholder communication: deliver regular status updates, manage expectations, and facilitate cross-team collaboration. Monitoring and control: track progress and dependencies, and adjust plans as needed. Delivery readiness and handover: ensure readiness for next phases, coordinate rollout and production readiness, and hand over to operations. Closure and lessons: obtain sign-off, capture lessons learned, and archive documentation.
Skills: • Experience in the Finance/Baning industry and IT, including Business Analysis, IT development and project management work • Agile or PMP Experience - Regulatory or Financial IT project management • Jira & Agile Scrum experience - 5-9 years of experience Keywords: Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
