Lead projects in AI systems design, with a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop scalable services and tools for GPU-accelerated AI pipelines using Python/Go and observability frameworks.
Required/Preferred Experience: Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG pipelines, and model fine-tuning. Familiarity with data engineering tools like Spark, Kafka, Flink, and OCI Streaming/Data Flow. Solid understanding of distributed systems and techniques for large-scale training/inference. Experience with network telemetry tools including NetFlow and packet captures. Proficient in network automation frameworks such as Terraform and Ansible; knowledge of NAPALM and Batfish is a plus. Familiarity with containerization, model serving, GPU workflows, CI/CD, and MLOps tools. Exceptional skills in writing design documents, feature scoping, and managing end-to-end project delivery. Required Education and Work Experience: A bachelor's degree in BSEE, BSCS, BSCE, or a related field is required. A master's degree in MSEE, MSCS, or MSCE is preferred. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development, particularly focused on AI applications and model training. Salary and Benefits: Eligible candidates can anticipate a competitive salary ranging from $96,800 to $223,400 annually, along with bonuses and equity options.
