Key Responsibilities • Configure, image, and deploy Windows 11 devices using tools such as Microsoft SCCM or Autopilot. • Perform pre-deployment assessments, including hardware compatibility checks and application readiness. • Migrate user data and settings using tools like OneDrive. • Troubleshoot deployment failures, driver issues, application conflicts, and hardware problems. • Install, configure, and update required software, security tools, and corporate applications. • Maintain accurate documentation of deployment processes, device inventories, and configuration standards. • Provide on-site or remote support to end users during and after the upgrade process.
Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems, features, and configuration settings. • Experience with imaging and deployment tools (SCCM, Autopilot). • Familiarity with Active Directory, and M365 environments. • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deployments simultaneously. •
