Über
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred Knowledge to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. Knowledge of Cisco LAN and Routing equipment; Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2013 and 2018 and client software used to support a LAN/WAN environment. Knowledge of Mainframe Emulation Tools; Knowledge of PC based software; Strong knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN), DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, VPN and routing protocols; Strong network troubleshooting skills. Strong knowledge in developing upgrade and implementation plans and working with project team members and management to implement changes. Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions. Ability to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and customers, verbally and in writing. Ability to follow established priorities and procedures. Ability to analyze information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity, environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure. Ability to drive effective meetings: workshops, design, and problem-solving sessions. Ability to present ideas in business friendly and user-friendly language; demonstrated aptitude for working with, supporting and communicating with users and customers.

Education:
