Job Description:
Design, development, and implementation of an Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solution. Serve as the primary technology consultant and subject matter expert for planning, design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Amazon Connect. Determine appropriate AWS services and design how they integrate within the overall solution architecture. Lead interconnectivity and integrations between Amazon Connect services and external systems. Act as the control point for all development and integrations, providing expertise in Lambda, Python, and JSON. Design software solutions, algorithms, and cloud architectures aligned with product features and business requirements. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including: Functional analysis Technical requirements gathering Solution design Prototyping Development Testing Deployment Data migration Production support Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums and sprint planning with Scrum Master and QA teams. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Essential Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have) Minimum 3 years of enterprise experience with Amazon Connect architecture, design, and development. At least 2 years of enterprise experience building applications using AWS services. At least 2 years of experience with contact center technologies and WebRTC. Technical Skills Advanced knowledge of Amazon Connect (Customer, Agent, Admin, and Supervisor modules). Experience configuring virtual cloud-based contact centers. Strong expertise with AWS services including: CloudWatch, Kinesis, S3, Lex, Polly, Event Bridge Experience with AWS Cloud Formation and AWS CDK. Proficiency in Lambda, Python, and JSON. Strong data analysis and CTR reporting experience. Experience with data migration. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Docker
