Weekdays, 8-hour shifts (OT possible)
Scope
- Desktop support in hospital/medical environments
- iGel imaging, device swaps, workstation setup (Windows deployment experience will suffice)
- Basic hardware/OS/peripheral troubleshooting
- break down boxes, post clean up
- Go-live & floor support
- Obtain customer signature showing your total hours worked for each day
- deduct time for lunch and breaks
Dress Code
Business casual, no ripped clothing or ball caps.
Comfortable shoes or sneakers for lots of walking
Requirements
- Imaging & hardware refresh experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Can do attitude
Nice to Have
- Healthcare environment experience
- Large-scale deployment or go-live support
- Basic tools, Phillips/flat-head screwdrivers, box cutter
Notes
- OT/after-hours may be available
