In This Role, You Will:
Assist in developing both manual and automated tests, integration tests, and end-to-end automated testing frameworks to ensure product quality Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools Help identify and troubleshoot software bugs and performance issues across development, staging, and production environments Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Collaborate with developers to understand software requirements and functionalities Support the documentation of testing procedures and results At our organization, we are dedicated to improving lives and strengthening Idaho communities. Requirements
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, from an accredited college or university required Experience in C#, SQL, and/or Python preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership in a fast-paced development environment Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team setting
