Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join the team on a perm basis working on a hybrid model. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will work on a large scale transformation programme and you will support delivery across several strategics initiatives.

• Hands-on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE, particularly within Customer Service environments
• Experience working within a managed Dynamics 365 environment
• Configuration of Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes
• Deployment of solutions via CI/CD pipelines (manual deployments to test or production environments are not permitted)
• Experience using Git for source control
• Support solution architecture through documentation and oversight of configuration and integrations

• Configuration of Tables, Views, and Forms to support customer service processes
• Configuration of Business Process Flows
• Configuration and management of Security Roles
• Development of Workflows and Power Automate cloud flows
• Ability to develop plugins
• Experience with Canvas Apps is desirable
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new features, services, and cost models

• Deliver work in line with objectives defined by active projects or programmes
• Operate within an Agile, sprint-based delivery model
• Provide regular task updates and status reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Prioritise work items in alignment with programme and project guidance

• 5+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 development, preferably within Customer Engagement (CE/CRM)
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform
• Ability to design reusable, scalable, and innovative solutions
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and system integrations
• Proven experience building plugins, xcfaprz workflows, cloud flows, and Logic Apps
• Experience designing and implementing Azure-based integrations
• Experience developing Azure web applications is an advantage
• Familiarity with ALM tools such as Git and Azure DevOps
• Experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven troubleshooting skills within cloud and solution architecture environments
• Experience implementing access controls and governance frameworks
