Working closely with the CEO, this role will translate strategy into disciplined execution, ensuring the business operates with clarity, accountability and pace.
Responsibilities Establish and lead the companys operating framework, including the OKR cadence and execution rhythm Partner with the CEO and leadership team to convert strategy into clear, measurable priorities Drive cross-functional execution across Finance, HR, Legal, Information Security and Customer Support Oversee budgeting, forecasting and resource planning Implement scalable processes, systems and automation to support growth Provide clear visibility on performance, risk and operational priorities Profile Senior operations experience within a scaling B2B SaaS or technology business Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives Strong commercial and data-driven mindset Experience working closely with functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, Security or Customer Operations Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Impact This role will create the operational structure and discipline required for the company to scale effectively, enabling faster execution and freeing the CEO to focus on strategic growth. xcfaprz
