Senior HRIS

We have partnered with our client in their search for a 8 month day rate contract oppertunity for HRIS Manager . The role would also be suitable for a Senior Project Manager who has worked on HRIS implentation or migrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR business function globally on best practice use, governance, and monitoring of our Clients HRIS application (SuccessFactors). This role supports the following modules: Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, and our Global Mobility application, Assignment Pro.

Immediate start date and excellent day rate available.

• Strong relevant experience in complex organisational-wide problem solving, analysing, and synthesizing disparate sources of data.
  
• Previous experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central required; accreditation desirable.
  
• Proven track record of managing complex mid- to large-scale projects.
  
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work.
  
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team at all levels.
  
• Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills
  
• Ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
  

This role requires two days a week onsite and would only be suitable for candidates living and working in Ireland.
