Trainee Lifeguard

Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service will shine as you interact with guests and promote exciting poolside activities.

Whether you’re a seasoned lifeguard or just starting out, we’ve got you covered! If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic. If not, we’ll provide you with the training you need by enrolling you in the NPLQ course. This permanent position offers a variety of shifts between 8:30 AM and 9 PM, with full-time hours available.

We seek enthusiastic individuals who can easily engage with a diverse range of guests. Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• Strong Swimming Skills: You must be a confident swimmer, ready to monitor the pool during busy times.
• Attention to Detail: Your keen eye will help ensure the safety of our guests.
• Team Player: While you’ll work alongside a fantastic team, there will be times when you’ll supervise areas independently.
• Flexibility and Reliability: Our business operates 7 days a week, so being punctual and dependable is essential.

• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety.
• Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Promote and run fun poolside activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
