Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and implement innovative, scalable solutions using cutting-edge technologies and best design practices. Create dynamic presentations and demos for diverse stakeholders, both internal and external. Partner with resources to enhance open-source projects, contributing to ongoing improvement efforts. Collaborate with teams to design technical architectures and oversee implementation processes. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure that solutions are practical and actionable for operations teams. Mentor and develop Solution Architects, fostering their growth and integrating their contributions within the team. Assess solution feasibility and cost-effectiveness in partnership with pricing and delivery teams. Lead key components or technical volumes in capture teams to secure project wins. Translate client needs into actionable solution elements and architectural designs. Oversee large initiatives of strategic importance, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Engage with business leaders, customers, and stakeholders to discern priorities and constraints. Build trust with customers by delivering custom solutions that align with their specific needs. Facilitate successful technology transitions through targeted training and support. Review and guide the development of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including drafting whitepapers and concepts. Provide technical solutions support during the proposal process, outlining technology stacks and implementation strategies. Solution Strategy & Innovation: Lead the strategy and design for high-priority projects within the government sector. Identify key themes and differentiators for successful proposals. Utilize internal accelerators and reusable components to improve solution capabilities. Encourage innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices. Conduct market analyses to inform strategy and align with evolving industry trends. Organize solution reviews with executives and subject matter experts to ensure alignment. Technical Leadership & Business Alignment: Design robust, scalable technical solutions using advanced technologies. Guide the development of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQ responses, including whitepaper authorship. Develop pricing strategies and estimation models for effective solutions. Collaborate with capture managers to shape opportunities in advance of RFPs. Provide technical guidance to junior architects, enhancing team capabilities. Ensure all solutions adhere to requirements and effectively meet customer expectations. Create comprehensive transition plans that ensure operational readiness and successful implementation. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical IT and solution development. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Technical & Business Skills: Strong understanding of the government IT landscape and compliance requirements. Proficient in estimation techniques and developing competitive IT solutions. Expertise in specific technology domains (cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, etc.). Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management processes. Familiarity with government proposal methodologies and competitive analysis practices. Leadership & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in executive presentations. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring others. Capability to influence stakeholders and advocate for innovative practices. Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments, working across multiple time zones. Eligibility for obtaining and maintaining relevant security clearances. Must be a U.S. Citizen per program requirements. Compensation:
Minimum Salary: $188,000.00; Maximum Salary: $250,000.00. EEO Statement:
