Senior DevOps/Software Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop, review, and maintain code while creating thorough documentation and capacity planning strategies. Conduct research and proof-of-concept work on emerging technologies to improve system performance and reliability. Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and release processes. Maintain and enhance infrastructure-as-code solutions using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot and resolve service incidents promptly. Senior DevOps/Software Engineer's Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, including Terraform or CloudFormation. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
