Help us create a bigger impact by joining Digital Aid Seattle! Responsibilities Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy. Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers fits its purpose. Identify, track, and document thoroughly any bugs and inconsistencies. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Create logs to document testing phases and defects. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. Desired Technical Proficiency: Even if you don't meet every qualification, but have some of these skills, please consider applying. Our collaborative team often complements individual expertise to bridge gaps. Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing. Test Management & Automation Tools: e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail Programming/Scripting: Familiarity with languages commonly used in automation e.g., Python, Java. Databases: Comfortable querying databases e.g., SQL, MongoDB.
