Key Responsibilities:
Perform
patching of Windows servers, Linux servers, and Windows workstations . Manage and deploy
third-party software updates . Build and configure
Windows workstations and Windows/Linux servers . Administer
Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy . Interpret
vendor security advisories
and evaluate system impact. Monitor
system health, performance, and security . Troubleshoot
OS, hardware, deployment, and access-related issues . Support installation and maintenance of
enterprise software . Maintain documentation aligned with
regulatory and compliance requirements . Support infrastructure services such as
DNS, DHCP, LDAP . Participate in
change control and patch governance processes . Required Skills:
2-5 years of experience as a
System Administrator in a Windows environment
(Linux knowledge is a plus). Strong experience with
Windows workstation and server administration . Hands-on experience with
Active Directory and Group Policy . Basic understanding of
networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/VPN, TCP/IP, WINS) . Experience with
system monitoring and compliance tools . Strong
communication and troubleshooting skills . Experience working in
regulated IT environments (SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.)
is preferred.
