About the Role As part of the PSI team, a reputed provider of workforce assessment and credentialing services, you will play a crucial role in supporting organizations to hire, develop, and retain talent through effective testing solutions and innovative technology. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the quality of services provided to professionals and organizations across diverse industries. In your role, you will engage with ETS's worldwide framework while closely collaborating with PSI’s dynamic teams, merging the strengths of an esteemed educational leader with the agility of a workforce solutions pioneer. This opportunity allows you to make a significant difference in enhancing both learning and career development globally. Your Responsibilities Lead comprehensive end-to-end testing for key technology platforms while managing various test projects. Design and execute detailed test plans, ensuring successful and bug-free releases. Conduct functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing. Collaborate with product teams to confirm requirements and service level agreements (SLAs). Document and monitor defects using Jira to ensure prompt resolution. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for internal teams and clients. Engage in continuous improvement by exploring new testing tools and methodologies. Utilize strong SQL skills to validate data from various sources. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within IT environments. Strong understanding of QA methodologies and Agile/SDLC processes. Proficiency in SQL and experience validating data from multiple sources. Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium and programming languages like Java/C#, as well as API testing tools like Postman and SoapUI. Experience in accessibility testing is a plus.
