Minimum Qualifications: Proven track record in recruiting and managing technical teams, with a focus on performance management.
Minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience or a PhD combined with 8 years, including technical management roles.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2 years of experience managing managers and over 5 years overseeing technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience in technical management, developing large-scale systems, algorithms, and toolsets in the Machine Learning domain.
Public Compensation: $219,000/year to $301,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Industry:
