We are seeking a proactive and friendly Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will provide outstanding service by engaging with customers to understand their needs, and offering customized assistance. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our diverse product range and utilize tools to communicate effectively, helping drive project sales. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers promptly, identify their needs, and provide tailored recommendations. Develop a comprehensive understanding of product offerings by learning to navigate various departments. Ensure assigned areas are visually appealing and operationally sound, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety for all shoppers. Work collaboratively with the Department Supervisor and team members to enhance the shopping experience. Follow safety policies and procedures diligently to uphold a safe work environment, addressing hazards and reporting unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty. Department Opportunities:
You may have the chance to work in a variety of store departments including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
