Position: Level 3 Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours - 4.5 days per week
Salary: £13.01 per hour

We are on the lookout for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will contribute to a nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years, as well as support our out-of-school club for children up to 12 years old. Depending on your strengths, you may work with our youngest learners or engage with preschool and school-aged children.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursery Practitioner, your main duties will include:
- Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
- Supporting the smooth operation of the nursery and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
- Building professional relationships and reporting any concerns to management.
- Facilitating a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English – essential
- Over 1 year of experience in Early Years – desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable
