What's the Job?
Lead and manage complex software and ERP projects, specifically focusing on student information systems and financial aid platforms. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope. Utilize Waterfall methodology primarily, with some Agile practices, to drive project execution and delivery. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to facilitate transparency and accountability. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and adapt to changing priorities effectively. What's Needed?
Minimum of 3+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within higher education environments. Experience managing enterprise systems such as SIS, ERP, or similar platforms. Proven ability to drive projects forward, hold teams and vendors accountable, and maintain project momentum. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across technical and functional teams. Familiarity with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Oracle platforms is preferred. What's in it for me?
