Designing and leading experiments and analyses to measure impact and drive improvements across all products.
Developing and maintaining essential metrics and reports to enhance our data infrastructure for effective analysis.
We are looking for candidates who possess: A BA/BS in a quantitative field (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Computer Science) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
A proven ability to drive impact for a digital product using an iterative development approach.
A solid understanding of statistical concepts with practical experience in areas including A/B testing, causal inference, and machine learning.
Proficiency in performing data analyses using SQL.
Experience in programming and modeling with Python.

The target annual *base *salary for this position ranges between $152,405 and $179,300 USD, depending on your work location. Additionally, full-time offers from Coinbase will provide bonus eligibility, equity opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
