Senior Solutions Architect - Managed Services , where you'll lead the charge in developing technical strategies and engagements for enterprise clients. As part of Oracle's Customer Success Services (CSS) Field CTO team, you will play an essential role in offering strategic guidance and crafting inventive technology architectures. Collaborating with clients and internal teams, you will utilize CSS' technical expertise and managed services offerings to address intricate business challenges and drive digital transformation. This role merges extensive technical knowledge with exceptional consulting skills, empowering you to influence the technical trajectory of our enterprise clients while aligning with Oracle's vision and capabilities. Responsibilities Client Engagement & Technical Consulting Serve as a trusted advisor by leading technical discovery sessions that gauge client business needs and IT frameworks. Offer expert advice in formulating and enhancing managed services solutions based on established best practices. Conduct thorough evaluations to create tailored technology strategies that boost innovation and efficiency for clients. Provide insights on IT architectures and modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives through managed services. Solution Design & Technology Strategy Lead the crafting of robust and scalable service solutions tailored for enterprise clients, utilizing Oracle Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and AI technologies. Convert client challenges into actionable technology solutions by leveraging CSS' managed services frameworks and methodologies. Oversee the technical architecture of complex, multi-phase projects to ensure alignment with client objectives and industry benchmarks. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to guarantee successful execution and delivery of client engagements. Sales & Business Development Support Work alongside sales and product teams to provide pre-sales support, offering technical insights, contributing to proposals, and presenting solutions to clients. Assist in developing detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and spearhead technical scope development for client projects. Support account teams in identifying additional service opportunities through analysis of client challenges and proposing relevant solutions. Participate as a key member of client pursuit teams, securing deals through credible technical consulting and validation. Thought Leadership & Market Presence Establish yourself as a thought leader in cloud services by participating in speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events. Create case studies and insightful content that showcase successful engagements and highlight emerging technology trends. Remain informed on technology trends and practices, continually updating internal teams and clients on relevant advancements. Post-Sales Delivery & Leadership Collaborate with managed services teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery, overseeing the successful implementation of solutions. Engage with clients post-delivery, providing ongoing advisory services to enhance the adoption of implemented solutions. Build long-lasting relationships with clients by consistently delivering value and demonstrating a profound understanding of their technology requirements. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Experience : Over 15 years in technology consulting, solution architecture, or managed services leadership. Proven track record in delivering complex technical solutions for large-scale enterprise environments in domains such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, or Corporate Finance. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, software development, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, cybersecurity). Skills : Strong consulting abilities, adept at managing diverse client engagements while delivering substantial value and fostering trusted relationships. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of demystifying complex technical concepts for C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders. Expertise in crafting detailed technical architectures and solutions that address business challenges effectively. A balanced blend of strategic vision and hands-on technical problem-solving capabilities. Strong business acumen, understanding the influence of technology on business success. Salary Overview:
US: Compensation ranges from $52.16 to $95.91 per hour; annual salary ranges from $108,500 to $199,500. Equity eligibility will be assessed. This role includes a commission structure with a pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.
