Über
Resource Management, Metrics and Reporting:
Partner with functional leaders to align appropriate technical resources to project priorities. Monitor capacity and proactively address resource gaps impacting delivery. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and vendor spend tracking. Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions when needed. Maintain structured RAID logs and project dashboards. Deliver consistent, accurate reporting to executive stakeholders. Measure project performance against defined KPIs and business case objectives. Identify opportunities to improve execution predictability, efficiency, and quality.
Physical Working Environment:
Fully virtual / remote work environment. Requires strong self-direction, organization, and accountability. Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.
What You'll Bring: Education/ Certifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, related field or equivalent professional experience PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.
Required Skills/Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive IT project management experience. 7+ years leading large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives such as cloud migrations, infrastructure transformations, cybersecurity programs, ERP implementations, or digital modernization efforts. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively as a senior individual contributor without direct authority. Agile, SAFe, ITIL, or similar enterprise delivery certifications preferred.
