This role is accountable for facilitating information gathering, structured documentation, and presenting findings.
Analysts must have an interest in going beyond the obvious to create information, find insights, and turn those insights into a story to drive impact and better decision-making. They must work well within a team environment. Essential Functions Create visual design solutions and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver insights. Analyzes, designs, codes, configures, tests, debugs, deploys, documents and maintains reporting assets. Utilizes appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and information by making use of basic BI reporting tools. Works with internal/external team(s) to define necessary information and create solutions based on requirements. Works with Sr. and Lead Analysts to ensure that processes and services are continuously monitored for data accuracy, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. Supports processes and quality improvement activities. Participates in Agile ceremonies determining the nature and scope of project activities and processes to be developed or modified, working across teams to communicate development dependencies to accomplish final solution. Performs job-related duties in conformance with DS standards. Coaches less experienced Business Intelligence Analysts. Provides analytics that can turn data into critical information in understanding a systemic business need.
