Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data analytics industry, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst 5 to join their team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst 5, you will be part of the Data & Insights Department supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize KPIs aligned to business objectives
Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, executive)
Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers; surface insights and recommendations
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and sources
Automate reporting where possible to improve scalability and reliability
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
8 to 10 years
of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting
Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools
Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and data modeling preferred
Ability to translate business questions into measurable KPIs
