Responsibilities: Responsible for the safe, effective and efficient operation of all manufacturing activities within the respective department shift team in Little Island Lead, coach and develop a large, diverse team to deliver excellent results across all metrics in the areas of Safety, Quality, Service and Cost Use all data available to review performance, assign actions to events and ensure follow up to those actions across the department on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence Engage in cross functional projects and project teams to deliver best in class results for the business across people, process and technology Ensure compliance of all manufacturing related activities within company policies, procedures and safety standards Qualifications: 6+years post qualification experience of working within a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing environment leading a team Relevant Third level qualification or technical equivalent. xcfaprz
