In this role, youll play a key part in tender documents, procurement strategy, and commercial cost control, working closely with the Commercial Director and Estimation team.
Youll be responsible for managing subcontract orders, assessing contract risks, preparing cost reports, and ensuring projects stay on budget.

Key Responsibilities Prepare tender documents and procurement strategies.
Manage subcontract orders and evaluate contract terms.
Monitor project costs, forecasts, and commercial risks.
Assist with monthly commercial reports and client relationships.
Support the Estimation team when required.
What Were Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
5+ years experience in a similar role.
Stronganalytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellentcommunication and ability to work independently.
