Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to add a skilled finishing professional to their site team.
The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finishing phase of the project, ensuring all works are delivered to the highest quality standards and completed on programme.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades including carpentry, painting, tiling, flooring and final fit-out works Manage the snagging and de-snagging process to ensure units are delivered to handover standard Work closely with the Site Manager and project team to maintain programme timelines Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure efficient workflow Conduct regular quality checks and inspections throughout the finishing stage Maintain accurate site records and daily reports Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and building standards Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Finishing xcfaprz Supervisor on residential projects Strong knowledge of internal finishing trades and fit-out processes Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain programme targets Excellent organisational and communication skills Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications If you are an experienced finishing professional looking to join a contractor known for delivering high-quality residential developments, we would be keen to speak with you.
