Store Manager - Galway

Location: Headford, Galway

O'Brien's Wine is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead one of our stores. You'll be responsible for driving store performance, managing daily operations, and aligning with company objectives to maintain high standards.

• Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets, create a business plan, and engage with customers to drive growth.
  
• Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock ordering, maintain stock availability, and proactively address stock issues.
  
• Cost Control: Manage overhead costs, including wages, uniforms, and training, to ensure efficient operations.
  
• Store Standards: Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards, ensuring products are correctly priced and well-stocked.
  
• Staff Management: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance, positive presentation, and adherence to policies.
  
• Customer Care: Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure exceptional service through your team.
