The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead an in-house HR function within a professional, design-led environment. This is a newly created, senior role forming part of the management team and reporting at Director level.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activity, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, performance management, learning and development, remuneration support and HR systems.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will support strategic HR initiatives such as talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and wellbeing, while ensuring compliance with current employment legislation. xcfaprz
The role also involves overseeing CPD and training programmes, supporting health and safety matters, and providing trusted HR advice across the business.
Required Background:
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a senior HR or HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and its practical application
- Experience establishing or developing an in-house HR function
- Proven capability across recruitment, employee relations, performance management and policy development
- Experience supporting learning, development and CPD programmes
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
- Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Eligible to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
