They are working nationwide across both the public and private sectors with delivery of quality projects across sectors including Fit-out, Refurbishment, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Industrial, Educational and Controlled Environments.

This company deliver projects from €500,000 up to €50 million and strives to be Irelands leading contractor in their chosen markets for providing innovative solutions. They have offices in Dublin, Cork, The Midlands and London.

You will work under the Construction Director to deliver projects from mobilisation right through to commissioning and handover.

• 5 years + Site/Project Management experience
  
• A motivational attitude, keen managerial skills and strong commercial awareness are essential
  
• Excellent people and client management skills
  
• Excellent references and a good track record in the industry
  
• Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
  
• The desire to succeed and to help grow the company
  

A 3rd level qualification in Construction Management / Engineering is desirable.
