As a Supply & Demand Planner, you will manage demand & material planning, collaboration with 3rd party warehouse and supplier performance to ensure uninterrupted distribution, while driving continuous improvement across supply chain processes. This is a fixed term contract role for 6 months.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generate consensus forecast using historical sales, market intelligence, and promotional inputs.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Marketing and lead demand & supply reviews.
  • Manage supply planning and MRP execution, including WH capacity, inventory, and replenishment planning.
  • Balances service level, inventory, and cost in a price‑sensitive generics environment.
  • Own and maintain MRP‑relevant master data in ERP / Excel, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance in a GxP environment.
  • Coordinate incoming material dispatch priorities with Warehouse and Quality teams to meet production needs.
  • Act as single point of contact for escalation topics related to material supply and system issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service level, and cost effectiveness across supply processes.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Proven experience in material planning or supply planning within a regulated or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with MRP and ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, and order management.
  • Experience working with suppliers and managing delivery performance and quality issues.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills in English
